GTM Architecture: Pilot Sprint

06.01.2026

The State of Things

Zerorez has successfully implemented OneTrust but event triggers are inconsistent and incomplete after the rollout. Since each franchise has its own container, there is a mixed bag of setups, permissions, and on-site tags, which all need auditing, standardizing, and cleanup. We'll start with auditing, updating, and documenting one representative franchise container to create a template for franchise-wide rollout.

Project Goal

Get one location fully buttoned up while creating a template and process for franchise-wide adoption.

The Sprint

  • Audit the selected container for broken triggers, data gaps, fragile implementations, etc.

  • Rebuild the trigger setup for privacy compliance and tracking stability.

  • Ensure the new trigger (and any other) implementations are privacy compliant and confirmed by a OneTrust scan (OneTrust ownership remains with Zerorez & Solvation.)

  • Create a master template and process to rollout across franchises.

Deliverables

  • One (1) optimized Google Tag Manager container for the pilot location

  • A verified, privacy-compliant consent implementation

  • A master JSON template for franchise-wide deployment.

The Nitty Gritty

  • Deadline: July 15, 2026 *estimated

  • Proposed cost: $4,000

*Six weeks from date of proposal's acceptance
Flat fee project payment terms: 50% due at start, remaining 50% due net 30 on receipt of deliverables

What Is Success?

An approved, executable template and plan for the successful standardization of all of Zerorez's franchise GTM containers.

What Next?

Once we have an operational pilot container and a repeatable framework, we can scope the rollout and get all franchises on the same footing. If all this looks good, submit the form below. If you have any questions, requests, clarifications, etc. shoot me an email. I'm happy to talk through any and all of this.Looking forward to working together!-Kyle
